Nursery Week Beginning 25th March 2024

This week we are going to read the story 'We're Going on an Egg Hunt' by Laine Mitchell and Louis Shea. We will talk about Easter and how we celebrate it. We will be taking part in a variety of Easter crafts and also retell the story using story spoons.

At home -  Talk about Easter and the things that you are doing to celebrate it.

We went on Easter hunt around our outdoor classroom. We had to look carefully under, behind and on top of the equipment to see if we could find the hidden treats.

In maths, we are going to continue our subitising skills and also our counting rhymes. 

We will have a particular focus on the number 6.
