A Busy and Brilliant Half Term! (October- December)

What a fantastic half term we have had! Our classrooms and hallways have been buzzing with energy as the children dove into new topics and celebrated wonderful achievements.
Here is a look at what we have been up to:

Classroom Highlights

Our curriculum has taken us on some incredible journeys lately:

History: The children stepped back in time to explore the fascinating world of The Romans.

Science: We have been investigating the natural world, focusing on living things and their habitats.

The Arts: In Art, we’ve been experimenting with colour, shape, and texture.

 P.E.: our athletes have been developing their skills in tag rugby and fitness.

Year 1 Takes the Stage

The children in Year 1 put on a truly spectacular performance for the school and their families. We were absolutely blown away by their confident acting and beautiful singing. It was a moving experience for everyone in the audience—there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! We are so proud of their hard work and bravery.

Explorers at Chester Zoo

To bring their Science topic to life, Years 1 and 2 enjoyed an exciting trip to Chester Zoo. The children loved exploring the various exhibits and participating in a hands-on workshop about habitats. It was a wonderful opportunity to see the animals they’ve been studying up close!
