Nursery Week Beginning 22nd June 2026

Date: 17th Jun 2026 @ 11:29am

This week, we are continuing to read the story 'Tiddler' by Julia Donaldson. We will explore and find out about a variety of sea creatures and name some creatures that live in the sea.

We will also make up our own under the sea adventure stories. We will have to think about who the characters are, what problem they will encounter and how they will manage to solve it.

At home - Could you make up your own under the sea story to tell to your grown up? What sea creature will it be about?

In maths, we are continuing to focus on height. We will order the height of different classroom objects discussing which is the shortest and which is the tallest.

During this very hot weather, we found lots of different ways to try and stay cool including lots of water play and ice balloon investigations.
