Nursery Week Beginning 6th October 2025

This week we are reading our whole school book 'The Invisible' by Tom Percival. We will begin by making predictions about the story and discussing both the characters and the setting of the story.

In maths this week, we are going to be looking at patterns. We will notice patterns in the environment around us and also learn that patterns can be heard too. We will join in with some clapping patterns and also make some of our own sound patterns.

At home - Can you notice any patterns in the world around you?

Our rhyme of the week is Hickory Dickory Dock. 

At home - Can you sing it with your grown up? Can you spot any rhyming words?
