Nursery Week Beginning 9th June 2025

Date: 5th Jun 2025 @ 11:47am

This week, we are continuing our learning about holidays and days out. This week we will be thinking about sun safety and how we can stay safe in the sun.

We enjoyed making our own kites. We tested them to see if they would fly.

At home – You could talk about ways to keep cool during the hot weather and the importance of staying hydrated.

In maths this week, we will be practising our super subitising skills and matching quantities with numerals. We are also going to continue our learning about length, comparing and ordering the lengths of different objects.

At home – Can you find objects that are taller and shorter than you? Perhaps you could compare the lengths of some of some different household objects?

As part of My Money Week, we are going to look at and sort the coins in our ice cream shop.

During our outdoor learning session, we looked for signs of summer and we made our own nature bracelets.
