Flu immunisation [nasal flu vaccine] for all pupils [nursery - Y6]

The nasal flu vaccination is being offered to all primary and some nursery children.  To ensure your child does not miss out on their flu spray you must opt in or opt out here https://econsent.merseycare.nhs.uk/ 

We would request that you complete the consent form as soon as it is received. If your child receives the flu vaccination at the GP you will need to inform us on 0151 247 6130. Thank you for your co-operation.
